is it possible to get rid of only belly fats n never lose weight on the rest of my body?

Answer

Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot training. Fat loss throughout the body depends on genetics, sex, and age, and overall body fat must be reduced before you will lose fat in any particular area. If you’re worried that losing weight will cause you to lose shape in other areas of the body, you will have to supplement your strength workouts with heavier weights to build muscle in those areas.
