This is a tricky one, because losing cellulite is about losing fat all over your body, as well as ridding your diet of unhealthy foods that wage war on your skin. Salt, caffeine, sugar and alcohol are your top offenders. General cardio and strength exercise is what it takes to lose weight and tone up, but I find taking some of your strength workouts to the powerplate really helps, thanks to the blasting in circulation! Dry brushing every night before you bath is also a really wonderful tool – but that’s more the cherry on top once you’ve got your exercise and eating in order.
