I am strict with my training, exercise daily and rarely skip a workout. I whole-heartedly endorse strength training, and workout in my own home gym or atttend a kettlebell class daily, on top of my daily cardio session. I like to shake things up as our bodies adapt to routine far too easily – and attend Body Tec sessions in JHB or CPT, and SWEAT 1000 classes. In general, it’s a minimum each of cardio and strength training 3 times a week, usually more.
