Well… there is really no "age" at which you need to start doing anything. Is there a problem with your eye area or have you noticed any changes in your eye area? If not and you are happy with your eye area, then don’t start using anything new yet. If there’s a problem or a concern that you need to address, then by all means you can consider using something. Always a good idea for a "1st timer" to start with a gel or serum for the eye area.
