Thank you for your question. Going on to a contraceptive is quite often the "prescribed" treatment for problematic skin, and in most cases it really does help. If you would prefer to rather go on to an oral supplement that is specifically designed to help control breakouts on the skin, then I highly reccommend Lamelle’s Acnevelle capsules. You can also use their Active Control Gel as a spot treatment, specifically on any random spots that you may get. As far as using a BB cream goes, I really do not think a BB cream is by any means going to make you appear "made-up". A BB cream is really just a good general moisturiser and it’s a "Blemish and Beauty Cream", it’s not going to "cure" anything, it is simply going to help your moisture levels and general skin hydration.
