Answer

Hello Charmaine

I am sorry to hear about the breakage of your hair. This is usually caused by overlapping the relaxer application onto already relaxed hair. Other causes could be aggressive handling or chemical over processing. My recommendation is to relax every 8-10 weeks to have sufficient regrowth to apply the realxer to without overlapping.

To address the breakage, I would recommend WEEKLY shampooing with Dark and Lovely 3 in 1 shampoo followed by Dark and Lovely Anti Breakage Healing Treatment which is a reconstructive treatment that penetrates into the hair to restore strength, body and bounce. It is effective in only 5 minutes! Alternate the treatment with Dark and Lovely Moisture Seal Deep Conditioner ensuring that you do two treatments per month.

For renewed strength day after day, apply Dark and Lovely Anti Breakage Oil Moisturiser to the hair which will reduce breakage by ten times. It repairs fragile and breaking hair to restore strength, softness and shine.

Warm regards
Heidi
