The easiest application would be with liquid eye liner because it gives a really intense look. If you are starting off you can use a pencil and starting at the inside corner of your eye, gently draw the line above lash line, slightly away from your lid and then fill it in once the line has been set. You can drag it out at the ends to give you the cat eye look or you can line it up with your lashes to keep the look minimal. If you’re using a pencil fill it in gently across the lash line and smudge it gently, filling in carefully between the lashes. you can smudge it in using your finger or an applicator.
