What we’d need to ascertain is, are these spots accompanied by the normal “hormonal break-out”, do you get some pimples as well? The other thing is, we need to know if your skin is generally oily? Or does it become oily at that time of the month? Until I know that, it’s a bit difficult to tailor-make a plan up for you. In the meantime, I would suggest you apply sunblock (at least an SPF 30) everyday. If you can get yourself some Ovelle capsules (made by Lamelle), that would also be a huge help. Then I would suggest you come and see medical aesthetics therapists or Medical Aesthetics Dr when you’re actually having the problem, so that the correct analysis and prescription can be done for you.
