Answer

 Hello

The easiest tip for smokey eyes that I can think of to close your eyes and then shade in the entire bottom lid with a brown colour shadow of your choice. Try not too brown a shade and then keep the lines neat and tidy. Next use a natural colour shadow or a cream colour shadow and gently fill in the centre of the lower lid, but blend it in a way that does not hide the dark brown shadow that you have just placed on the lid. Take the applicator and then fill in the lower lid with a bit of darker powder from the outside to the inner lid, but do so until you are happy with the intensity. Use a liquid liner and draw a line along the lid from the inside to the outer corner. Next use a pencil and fill in the bottom lid from inside to the outside corner. This is optional if you feel that your lids are not dark enough. I always try and avoid the inner eyeliner because its a mission to remove if you have gone over board and often those pencils can get contaminated from even your own eyes. Once you have gone through the above steps top your look off with loads and loads of mascara until you are satisfied.

Eyeshadows

Question

I find eyeshadows daunting. So many colours and I don’t really know what to do with them or how to pair them to create a look. I would like to know, what colours do you recommend for dark brown eyes and a medium to dark complexion. Could I also go with bold colours like yellows, pinks, purples, blues…? I really like the smoky eye look.
