This product actually contains mostly essential oils such as lavender and geranium. It also contains rosehip oil and retinyl palmitate and vitamin E oil. So unless you are prone to getting blockages, no, it shouldn’t cause your pores to block. Although be careful of using a product like this on skin that has not been properly prepared. Don’t use a cleanser that is really foamy and soapy that makes your skin feel tight after cleansing, otherwise you wll find that you make yourself more prone to blockages. Rather use acreamy cleanser if you are going to be using this type of product on your skin. Also, because this product contains essential oils and a vitamin A derivative, you should consider using it at night only as these actives can cause photosensitivity and pigmentation if you apply it and then go out without a really good sunscreen. You should be wearing at least an SPF30 every single day, come rain or shine.
