Question: Mascara And Eyes

I am looking for a good mascara that gives me volume, but the ones I tried make my eyes go blurry and watery. Is there a brand you could recommend that is cost effective?

I wish I could give you a fool proof product! I’m afraid this is something you are going to need to find by trial and error. Is there possibly something (an ingredient) you may be allergic to? I’m afraid I’m not really an expert on fashion make-up. I wish I could be more helpful here!
