Question from Kaitlyn Danker
Is there a product that can help with redness as a long-term solution?
I’ve never used an acid on my face before because I grew up thinking chemical peels could scar your face. How would you suggest a newbie starts using acids? My main skincare issue is ageing.View the answer
There’s been a lot of talk lately about superfoods for your face. I want to try some turmeric etc infused products but wanted to know if they are safe. What do you think about this movement? Do you know of some safe and affordable products I can get? I live in PE.View the answer
I suspect I might have hormonal acne, because I breakout quite badly a week or so before my period. I’m in my late 20s and really thought this would have stopped by now? I can’t really afford to see a dermatologist. Is there something I can do? I’ve heard giving up milk helps, does it? Thank you!View the answer
I’m on the pill (yaz) and it’s the only thing that’s been able to help my spots, but it’s giving me bad headaches. I really don’t want to go off of it, is there something I can do instead?View the answer

Whenever I workout my face gets very red and blotchy, and the redness stays for ages. Apparently this isn’t good for your skin, but I don’t want to give up exercise. Is this really a problem and can I do something about it?View the answer
