Question: Question from Mark Parr

I use a dermo roller on my face. The more blood I see the better? When and how is the best operation of this product. Once a week? Only at night before retiring?

Answer

Thank you so much for your question. There are a few things that you need to keep in mind when using a roller at home. I am assuming you are using a home roller with needles 0.2mm in length. If that is the case, this roller’s function is to ensure better product penetration. You will most likely only get pin point bleeding (if any) on bony areas like the forehead and nose.

You do not need to have bleeding all over to get the desired result. What you want is an even redness all over the areas you have rolled. So what you can do is roll all the areas of concern, and then apply your serums and creams over that (in that order). So it is best to do this at night, and it would be great if you could do this twice a week.
