I don’t wish to make you feel despondent, but scarring is a dermal problem (which means it is quite deep), so simply applying a product is going to give you very limited results. Product wise, I would say it is essential for you to be using a cleanser and exfoliator that really encourage cell turn-over. Something like Neostrata’s Exfoliating Wash or a combination of Lamelle’s Dermaheal Gentle Cleanser and Cathepzyme. If you really want to look at reducing your scarring, you need to consider treatment and this is difficult to advise you if I haven’t actually seen your scarring as we need to see the type of scarring present on your skin. We may need to have a look at a combination of treatment including Dermaroller, or Carboxy Therapy or possibly some laser therapy.
