Thank you so much for your question. The action plan for your condition is going to depend on the severity of the condition. So you are constantly having many of these lesions on the skin, we may need to look at prescribing oral medication together with something topical. If you would prefer to try and combat this problem without going on to prescription meds, I would suggest you do the following: 1) Get yourself Lamelle’s Acnevelle tablets – this is a skin care supplement for problematic skin, and it will help you to get your skin under control. 2) You must be using a good facial sunblock every day otherwise you are going to have another problem, ie pigmentation after the lesions have cleared up. 3) Get onto products that will help you to get the skin functioning normally again. Lamelle makes a great range called "Clarity" for this very purpose. You do not have to go onto the entire range. You could start by just using the cleanser and the Active Control Gel just on the actual spots and then your sunblock over the whole face every day.
