When Putting On Make-up, There Is A Certain Powder/dust That Is

Question

When putting on make-up, there is a certain powder/dust that is used lightly over your shoulders and chest (face sparingly), to give a “glow” – what product do you recommend? Thank you, Patricia

Answer

Hi Patricia,
To achieve this effect I love to use an illuminating body bronzer. Be careful of where you apply it, as too much will make you look too shiny. To achieve a lovely glow apply to the décolleté using a large bronzer brush.
