To unisex it, or not?

Unisex fragrances

We bring you the latest unisex fragrances that we love to wear ourselves. We are still debating, however, whether or not we like the idea of sharing a fragrance with our other halves. Do you think it is okay for the opposite sex to wear your fragrance? We know they have neutral, subtle notes and smell different on different bodies, but we’re not 100% convinced yet. Here, a unisex fragrance update for you:

Tom Ford Neroli Portofino 100ml, R2595

Kiehl’s Musk EDT 50ml, R515

CK One EDT 50ml, R470

Voyage D’Hermes EDT 35ml, R875 (refillable bottle)

Comfort Zone Tranquillity Oil Blend 50ml, R790

Would you share your scent, Beauties?

I love smelling feminine and so, I’m not interested in unisex fragrances

I just love his smell, and I don’t see loving our smell,…I just love our different smell

I enjoy using a men’s fragrance so now and then, depending on my outfit. I don’t see anything wrong with it. It makes me feel dominant and powerful in a way, like I can take on anything.

I don’t think there is anything wrong provided it does not lean too far towards one type of scent.

I think its a great idea but it just wouldn’t work for me. I don’t want to smell like a like a man. I believe in smelling different from my male friends, brothers and colleagues.

I don’t like the idea at all, don’t want my man smelling all girly now.

I think men should smell like men and women should smell like women…thus no I wouldn’t share

I love perfume for the fact that it smells feminine and makes me feel like a lady – I wouldn’t want to smell like a man at all.

I have no issues with using a unisex fragrance. I don’t believe it’s a matter of what sex it’s “labelled” for, but the quality of the scent itself and whether it works with your skin.

No thanks, I think men should definitely wear a masculine scent – One that I would not wear.

It may seem backward but I’m not a fan of my other half wearing my scent. I like the concept behind unisex fragrance but it’s not for me. I like my girly, musky scents and I don’t find it attractive on guys.

I’m guilty of sometimes borrowing my other halfs perfume!

I have no issue wearing Unisex fragrances so long as its light and fresh, citrus based and not overpowered by the usual heavy, sandlewood base tones. Under arm deoderants have long since being Unisex based so why not fragrances?

Oh dear no. I would rather have my own unique smell even though there might be subtle differences between a man and female wearing the same scent
