I have been biting my nails for as long as I can remember. Every time I manage to stop, it is only a couple of days before I do it again, as it is stress-related. What can I do to quit for good?
I’m not going to lecture you about how bad biting your nails are, as you probably already know.
Have you tried treatments that make your nails taste bitter? Otherwise try using a bright coloured nail polish so that every time you move your hands towards you, it will serve as a reminder not to bite. If that doesn’t work, try and use press-on manicures, this will act as a barrier for your real nails.
