As the holiday season approaches and you realise you aren’t quite ready to show off your body, don’t worry. BeautySA brings you a 10-day countdown to help you prepare. Easy tips to ease you into summer!

Day 10 – Mind-set and goals

We each have a different mind-set and way we want to look and feel. So why not set your self this goal over the next 10 days – decide how you want to look and feel for the summer and go for it!

If that goals means getting into that bikini or maybe just feeling more energised and increasing your water intake, set that goal. Challenge yourself, but remember to make sure they are realistic.
