Day 3 – Packed Lunch
Head down to your nearest supermarket and buy yourself a cute little cooler bag/box. This will get you into the habit of starting to pack lunches to take with you to the beach instead of living on Jives and granadilla lollies. Prepare a whole-wheat sandwich and take along fruit, biltong and water. And then, seeing as you’re eating healthily, why not jot it down into your food journal. Bonus: you’ll be in full control of your holiday budget.
