Day 9 – Exercise and diet
You need to get that body moving and get on top of that diet of yours. We’re not asking you to run 20km every day or cut out carbs and go on a grape-only diet. We just mean eating healthy and doing at least 20 minutes of cardio or weight training, three to four times a week.
A good way to start is by keeping an exercise and food diary. Write down what you eat at the end of the day and how much exercise you’ve done. This is a great way to monitor your progress, and guilt is a grrrreat motivator.
