Tips on how to stop smoking

Smoking is a combination of a nicotine dependence and a behavioral pattern, or habit. So one must tackle both of these areas in order to successfully quit. Nicotine dependence can be gradually reduced through dose controlled sprays and electronic cigarettes, but remember to try to go without these measures for as long as possible between doses. Try to keep your hands busy with beads, crystal palm stones or pens. Try to avoid social situations that provoke cravings until you have these under control.
