Trying to perfect the “natural” glow? It’s all about accentuating your features and adding just enough shimmer to achieve that sought after dewy complexion– while trying not to look iridescent. The beauties from Bodyography share some top tips and products used on their first ever African Model, Mandy Mhlungu. Here’s how to get the look:
Set the scene
Prep your skin with Bodyography Clear Veil Primer, R470, to make your skin appear perfectly smooth and prolong the wear of your makeup.
Bodyography Silk Compact Cream Foundation, R430, creates a full coverage skin-perfecting finish. The formula allows you to camouflage all discolouration completely whilst retaining a weightless feel on your skin and an absolutely natural look.
Cover and correct
Counteract under-eye discoloration by using the orange-toned corrector and give your eyes a lifted look by blending the skin tone concealer from Bodyography Cover and Correct Dark, R550.
Sculpt and highlight
Dust a light layer of the matte bronzer in Bodyography Sunsculpt Duo Powder, R410, on your forehead, temples, under the eyes, tip of your nose and chin. Top it off by running the shimmering gold highlighter along the top of your cheekbones with a Contour Brush, R300.
Get perfectly even and full brows with the Bodyography Brow Assist Pencil in brown, R230. This nifty product helps to frame your facial features.
Eyes on the prize
Brighten up the inner corners of your eye area by dusting on Bodyography Glitter Pigment in Sparkler, R340, using a Blending Brush, R250. Slick on Bodyography On Point Liquid Liner, R320, onto your top lids.
For maximum impact, apply lip colour directly from a tube of Bodyography Red China lipstick, R250.
