So, does Lux really make you feel like a princess?
Of course it does!
Didn’t you see that pink floaty gown?
Lux is like its name, luxurious, fresh and glam.
What make-up item would you take to a deserted island?
Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, and MAC Liquid Eyeliner!
What’s your favourite Lux body wash?
Kiss Me – but there are some great new fragrances too.
What’s your best hair product?
Sunsilk for curly hair; but they’ve changed the formulations now so I use the one with the hair fall solution.
How hectic is your skincare routine?
Simple as possible. I wash, moisturise, apply sunblock and am out the door. I enjoy the Ponds range of products for my skin: fantastic results and very affordable. Of course when I’m on Top Billing, the glam factor is amped up.
How do you keep your bod looking beautiful in summer?
I love showing off my shoulders in summer and opt for strapless dresses or halter necks, so I keep my skin looking good with Lux Beauty Body Wash.
What hairstyle will we spot you in over the party season?
I enjoy wearing my natural curls during summer; it’s less maintenance. This is why a good leave-in conditioner like Sunsilk Damage Repair Spray is essential.
What’s your top party make-up tip?
During summer, go easy on the make-up. Natural is better. Think a bit of eyeliner (perhaps in a fun colour like turquoise instead of black), Maybelline Great Lash waterproof mascara, and lip gloss. A bit of blush also adds a little summer glow.
What would we find in your beach bag?
Techni Block sunscreen, lip gloss, hand cream, after sun lotion and a light perfume.
What are your five absolute all-time beauty essentials?
Liquid eyelinerMaybelline mascaraSally Hansen Nail varnish Ponds face creamNivea Anti-Ageing hand cream
What do you do in your spare time?
I love going to theatre shows, I spend a lot of time outdoors, and I’ve recently started ballet again after 18 years.
Tell us a Top Billing secret
We all do our own hair and make-up and we have to learn lines, as we don’t use an autocue.
What philosophy do you live by?
I think that we live with a mentality of “When I achieve so-and-so, I’ll be happy…” This closes us off to living in the moment. Be happy NOW.
