I have heard only amazing things about this product so thought I better test it out for myself. I hardly ever bath. There has to be a real reason for me to take time out and relax in a bath. Anyway, I did it. And it was so worth it. All I used was a tiny drop of the liquid yoga. I added it while the bath was running. The beautiful scent spread throughout my bathroom and into my room and already started to invigorate me before I even got in. I had gone for a run the day before and been to gym before my bath so I really could put this product to the test as my body was stiff. When I eventually got out the bath (I was so relaxed) I really did feel at ease and re-energised. I love that this product has so many beneficial ingredients in it. My favourite ones are Arnica, Sage, Basil and Horse Chestnut. This literally is a stretching class in a bottle. The sturdy, solid bottle is great to display on your bath too. It may seem expensive but as you need such a little it will last you a while.
