Though this product can be used on its own as a treatment for nails, I have been using it as a base coat under my nail polish. Firstly, I have noticed that when I remove my nail polish, my nails are not stained, nor are they fragile (this is something I have experienced in the past). I have noticed less flaking than usual (again, something that years of painting my nails has done to me) and overall, my nails feel strong.
Throughout my life my nails have always grown very fast so I didn’t notice any acceleration in that area, but I think the overall healthy condition that this products leaves your nails in will definitely contribute to nails that grow faster and longer.
