What we say:
‘Love, love, love this product! I got to test drive three different colours and I was very impressed. With nail art being right on trend at the moment I couldn’t wait to get started. The colours I had to work with were, Innocent 994 (a dusty lime green), Amethyst 978 (a milky purple) and Frenzy 922 (a kaleidoscope of purple and blue glitter). I choose to apply a coat of Innocent to my fingernails first, and only one coat was needed to achieve the desired covering; it wasn’t streaky or thin. The long thin brush made it easy to apply to my long nails and got into the sometime hard to reach sides of the nails. I was impressed how fast the polish dried and within two minutes I was able to get creative and apply a coat of Frenzy on top. After about five minutes my nails were dry and good to go. I was left with a very funky set of fingernails, definitely for the more adventurous individual.
‘I used the Amethyst polish on my toenails and liked the result, as with the other two, all I needed was one coat; it was easy to apply and dried fast. The great thing about these colours is that they are not very bright so even if you are apprehensive about bold colours these are a good way to break the colour barrier.
‘One handy hint I would suggest, before applying the colours to your nails, first use a clear or white polish as a base coat. This will avoid the colours staining your nails. I didn’t do this as I was too excited to use the polish and when I removed it I was left with a green tint on my fingernails.’
