What we say:
Up until now I have never tried an at-home scalp treatment before, but since I’ve been using this product, it’s become a regular part of my hair care routine. The first time I used it, I applied it after washing and conditioning my hair. I didn’t like it very much initially, as even though I rinsed it out thoroughly, my roots were left with a bit of  greasy residue. The next time I decided to apply the treatment first and then follow with my usual shampoo and conditioner. This was the winning formula!

The formulation is slightly grainy in that it contains little exfoliating beads, and once you massage this into your scalp you are left with a wonderful tingling sensation. I could feel the exfoliating effect it had on my scalp and my hair instantly felt refreshed and thoroughly cleansed. The product smells incredible and leaves the freshest scent on my hair.

But best of all, it helps soothe and control the skin on my scalp, which can get a little bit dry during the colder months. I have been using it once a week and can definitely notice an improvement in my scalp. For best results, use in conjunction with Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo and conditioner.

  1. I struggle in winter between hair that seems both oily but with the combination of a dry scalp due to the weather. I have finally found a product that sorts both of these issues out. Previously shampoos I used to try and soothe my scalp just made my hair oily and drying shampoos I tried to soak the oil up left white flakes in a dark hair and tears in my eyes. Paul Mitchell’s Tea Tree Hair & Scalp has decreased my natural oils and treated the dry scalp. It’s amazing!

  2. I used this product and although a it is a well recommended product it was a bit strong for my sensitive hair and made it tingle.

  3. I have always had an itching scalp and dandruff issues but I never have the energy to change products to test which one works, but it sounds like this one does work. I have a co worker that is using it and she is so happy with the product.
