If you have combination skin this product is for you. I myself have a combination oily skin with my t-zone having slightly larger pores than the rest of the face, making me oilier in that area during the day.
Maybelline Baby skin Pore eraser was heaven sent. It works with all my foundations as they are different finishes, some are radient and some are matte. I only use a pea size and smooth it all over my face before my foundation and I am guaranteed to be matte all day. I love that the price is reasonable too, I just wish it would come in a bigger size. A colleague of mine recommended this gloss to me and I must say I wasn’t too sold on it at first. They smell delicious but are a little sticky and don’t glide nicely on the lips. I also do wish they would last a little bit longer on the lips without having to re-apply. Otherwise they’re not too bad for R29.95
Go on, Get Noughty
If you are familiar with “To the rescue” Shampoo & Conditioner or the phrase “Hair so good, you can be noughty” then you will love the Intensive Care Conditioner by Noughty. A 97% natural leave-in conditioner free from parabens, silicones and sulphates, which is music to my ears. Not many people realise how bad parabens and sulphates are for our hair. They strip it off its natural moisture leaving it dry, and damaged. Good thimg this conditioner has ingredients like shea butter which is known to naturally condition the skin, and argan oil which will leave your hair silkier, shinier and softer while taming any frizzy hair.
One of the things I really liked about the conditioner is how great it smells and I didn’t have to wash it off. After washing my mane(known as an afro) I applied it on to my hair, focusing on my roots the styled as I would always do. The packaging is attractive and easy to use. It can easily fit in to your handbag or toiletry bag so you won’t have to worry about any spills. I am big on going green and looking after my mane so this product I would highly recommend to any individual looking for natural products to care for their hair. I have been using this conditioner once a week every wash day and I am absolutely happy with it….Go on, get noughty ;-)
Goodbye Short Lashes, Hello Volume & Definition
I have the worst lashes ever! They are curly, short and all over the place. A friend of mine who has lashes for Africa recommended I try this mascara. I was a little bit sceptical at first coz they all promise length and volume. Little did I know that I would really like this mascara. The brush is awesome, the bristles really grab onto my lashes and deposit just enough mascara to give me the definition that I need. It doesn’t clump at all which is something I always look for and it’s not a mission to take off. Glad I tried it, Yay Yardley!
I am a huge fan of OPI nail products especially the after care range, it’s awesome. I recently went to get my nails done and happened to pick a Morgan Taylor colour. I love that the brush is wide enough for my big nail bed which offers ease of application. I dont like nail lacquers that chip or fade in colour, so this one gets 5 stars from me.
I saw this concealer a lot on YouTube and had to hook myself up. I love the ease of the brush which makes application effortless. It offers full coverage and is long-wearing,something I always look for in a product. This concealer is an absolute favourite
