Revlon Age Defying CC Cream

So far so good

For everyday use I’m partial to CC creams instead of foundation. The shop assistant actually suggested this one to me and I’m glad she did. The colour suits me perfectly and you get that even skin tone without looking like there’s a mask on your face. If I’m being honest, the only thing I’m not a fan of is the smell. Please Revlon work on that. Other than that, the price, the packaging, the effect – couldn’t ask for more.

Nivea-Creme

My first love

Guess you could say that this is/was my first love when it came to skincare. I started using it in Std.8 and my daily and nightly face cream. My skin drank it up! I followed this routine all the way through varsity years up until early 30’s. Since then I’ve moved on to other products to target those problem areas that come with age. But hands done! The single best product for young skin by far!

Essence Studio Nails Caring Nail Oil

10/10

You know when your colleagues come to your desk to use your cuticle oil, you’ve got something good. I like the price but I like the product more. It does what you need it to do and it has the most incredible smell too. I have one in my bag and one in my drawer at work. My nails have never looked and felt this good.

Kissable

I splurged and bought this product without knowing much about it. Best guess ever! I love the colour payoff. It’s almost like an oil so your lips don’t feel dry or scratchy at all. It’s small and cute so can travel anywhere with you and how awesome is that packaging! Don’t have anything this cute in my handbag.

What a surprise!

I stumbled upon this little secret by accident and thank heavens I did. The wand is lovely and big without being chunky. You can easily coat your lashes multiple times without it getting clumpy. And the best part is that you get these compliments and questions about lash extensions when all you’re wearing a really super affordable mascara. What could be better than that!

Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil

Not great

Not such a fan of this product. There are other affordable brands that do the job better. You really have to drag the pencil which leaves rather streaky lines and that brush, seriously???
