I’ve been loving the Garnier Fresh Start Cleansing lotion lately, and I use this every morning and evening. I have paired it up with the Toner and the Cream and I’ve noticed a positive difference in my face over the last week. The lotion doesn’t just promise — it really does cleanse well. It takes off all make up – even water proof mascara. I prefer the Garnier Micellar Cleansing water for eye makeup removal, but then I use the Cleansing lotion for the rest of my face routine.
