I have long, thin, fine hair which is prone to oiliness. I wash every day because of exercise etc. this mask has done wonders for my hair. I use it 2-3 times a week and my hair is soft, supple and feels so much healthier. The only downside is that hair can get a bit oilier from this although since I wash every day it doesn’t really bother me. Another thing I don’t like is the smell, for some reason it reminds me of protein bars (yuck!) but since I use other products on my hair when straightening, the smell is masked. For the price, I was very impressed with the results and will definitely be purchasing this again.
