After watching a bajillion tutorials on YouTube and hearing all the rave reviews, I almost fell over myself when I saw that Stuttafords was stocking The Balm Cosmetics. My first purchase had to be Mary-Lou Manizer and all I can say is, I get it, finally! The hype, the raves, all legit. The best highlighter ever! So pigmented yet subtle at the same time. Perfect.
