Mixed with water, this product is supposed to ensure a perfect looking liquid line. It’s meant to be long lasting so as to not fade during the day. I found it very effective. I also used it as an eyeshadow and applied without water – it worked fantastically. It spread evenly and lasted the whole day. The packaging is compact and suitable to pop into any size handbag.
