These cups have made a huge improvement. I use the face cups daily with my facewash and my skin is looking dramatically more toned and radiant. These were easy to use as well and it feels great! The body cups have helped me a lot to reduce cellulite and when a headache or bloated tummy strikes! They have lots of demo videos on Youtube which made usage super simple. My husband also loved it when I massage his back and neck. Really fab little cups!
