Essence Silky Touch Blush in 60 – Life’s a Cherry: first of all, I love the name. That alone would be enough motivation for me to wear this blush. The packaging is a cute, transparent plastic compact with no mirror, which feels nice and sturdy in my hands. Personally, I never use the mirrors in compacts, so the absence thereof does not affect me.

This red-pink blush is ridiculously pigmented. That being said, be sure to have a light hand when applying this blush and rather tap it onto your cheekbones, so that you have control over the amount you apply. As you can imagine, this blush is very build-able. The only downside is that you need to touch-up the blush after about three hours as it tends to fade over time.

I would definitely recommend this blush, not only because of its affordability (R48 for 5ml), but also due to the stellar quality.
