Day 5 – Cellulite

There isn’t an immediate way (yet) to blitz those unsightly dimples on your body. But you can help reduce the appearance of cellulite this summer. There are plenty of body creams and oils in stores that can help.

Massage the affected areas after your bath/shower to help improve circulation. Get into a routine, because one application of a firming body moisturiser is not gonna’ work in a day. Try Nivea Q10 Plus Firming Body Oil, R90.

I’m 27 years old and I am in pretty good shape – always have been. But have suffered with cellulite since I was 15 years old. I have never in my teens and or adult life walked on the beach with confidence in shorts or a short skirt. But there is hope for us ladies! I’ve tried Seaverah’s cellulite serum and it REALLY works. I also have to add though that I started taking Vital’s multivitamin for women (contains collagen). I still have a little cellulite but I’m still using the serum and will continue to do so. Give it a try, but be religious about applying it.
