Prevage Night Anti-aging Restorative Cream is crammed with Idebenone (to read how Idebenone scored on the Environmental Protection Factor protocol, read the review of Prevage Day Intensive Anti-aging Moisture Cream SPF30 here. Hint: it was a LOT. And a lot more than any of the other antioxidants you typically find in moisturisers.)
Not only does it contain the mighty Idebenone, it also has a Retinol derivative which supports the skin’s own natural collagen and elastin to smooth wrinkles and retexturise the skin’s appearance.
This night cream has been formulated to work during the night (obviously) in sync with the skin’s sleep cycle because that’s the time your skin is most receptive to treatments. It helps to fight the effects of environmental damage from the day and helps the skin repair itself.
I think this jar is about the cleverest thing ever: it has a seal over the top with a tiny slit in it and a bubble to the side. When you push the bubble, just the right amount of cream oozes through the slit. How clever and innovative is that? So your germ-laden fingers don’t go poking around in the cream at all, and it stays fresh and active. Genius, I reckon.
The moisturiser itself is a lovely buttery yellow colour, has a very unobtrusive scent and deliciously creamy texture.
Luxury skincare at its best, if you ask me!
