Lisa, can you please suggest ab workouts that I can do at home that are effective?

Answer

Just to clarify – abs training alone is not enough to sculpt abs. You need regular cardio and strength training sessions to help you get fit and toned overall before you will see results where you want them. Interval training during cardio is great for burning fat, and compound movements during your strength training will work bigger muscle groups more effectively.
