Hi Michelle
Eye liner is something that is very tricky. What you need to do is take your finger to the outer line of eye and pull in an outwards direction. Then take your liner and start making quick thin strokes against the lash line. Always keep it as close to the lash line as possible, you can always take it a bit higher if you want.
As for the blusher brush it from the apple of your right up onto your temple, remember less is more so start with less product on your brush and then you can always build on the colour if you want.
