To be perfectly honest, they are so similar that I feel there is hardly a difference. I guess it really depends on WHY you want to use these? If you are purley looking for a good moisturiser, then by all means, either one is great. If you are looking to correct things like pigmentation or fine lines or spots, then I do not feel they are active enough for these types of concerns.
