Thank you very much for your question. You need to be very careful in this situation. Chances are that if you try to squeeze or open up these lesions, you are going to scar and most likely also cause post-inflammatory pigmentation. The challenge here is to try and isolate the cause of the problem and treat that so as to prevent these from forming.
Have you made any changes to your skin care routine? Are you taking new medication? Have there been any hormonal fluctations lately? Are you notocing that the breakouts co-incide with your monthly cycle at all? Have you recently been ill and on any prescription meds?
What I suggest you do in the meantime is 1) Use a good SPF everyday, 2) Get onto a good oral anti-oxidant supplement (Like Lamelle’s Ovelle tabs), 3) Start assessing if there have been any changes in your routines of late (since you started getting these breakouts).
