I’m really sorry to hear you are having this problem. Unfortunately these are two completely separate issues, and I need to actually see these areas to really be able to help you. What do you mean by damage? Is there a lot of pigmentation or redness or bruising or what exactly is happening on the shoulders? We would treat these issues very differently. The veins, I would have to see the size, the depth and the colour of the veins to be able to help you accordingly.
