Thank you so much. I’m so glad to be able to help you. There is a great product by Neostrata called problem dry skin cream, which will certainly help with your hands. What I also need to ask is, do you know what is causing the calluses? It’s always a much better route to try and minimise the cause of the problem. Do you work a lot with your hands? Can you use gloves to protect your hands when you work or is there something that aggravates the condition that we can try and look at minimising the damage to your hands?
