By reading your story, it sounds like you do in fact have eczema, which is unfortunately caused due to genetics, or auto-immune disorder, and highly unlikely to be caused or triggered by a facial product. I assume this product was only used on your face, so it wouldn’t be able to affect the skin on your back. Also if an irritation is caused by a facial product it would most likely manifest as contact dermatitis, which would stop once the product is stopped. Eczema my move from one area to the next. It may be triggered by stress, diet and other internal factors. I have had very good results using neostrata problem dry skin product to sooothe the discomfort and flakinesscaused by the eczema, although it will not cure your eczema.
