I hope I’m understanding your question. Are you asking if it’s better to blend the fruits and veg, rather than just eating the food whole? I’m always a fan of making smoothies because you can add such great, beneficial ingredients to smoothies, such as additional vitamin C or MSM, or protein shake etc, so in that aspect, I think smoothies are the best in terms of the things you can add for the skin. But there’s also nothing wrong with eating your fruits and veg, this is great for the stomach and digestive system!
