Question: Hair Loss

Hi there, it seems that I am losing more hairs per day than what I normally lose. Nothing has changed in my diet, lifestyle or stress levels. What could the cause of this hair loss be?

Answer

Hello

If nothing has changed in the areas most responsible for your hair loss then I suggest you see a doctor and have a blood test done to confirm that everything is ok. Sometimes our bodies have a timer thats responsible for certain things happening, that to us may seem strange or out of the ordinary when in fact its pretty normal.
Go see your gp and have it checked out if you feel it to be serious and if nothing in your diet, lifestyle or your stress levels have changed.
