Question: Hands

My hands become extemely dry during winter and over the last year a 2 it has become really bad; so much so that my hands seem so have aged quite dramatically. I go through hand creams like anything and wonder if there is a product that I could use to slow down the ageing effects on my hands. My skin is prone to eczema and psariosis.
