Good day to you! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having this issue. To be perfectly honest, most of us these days are so deficient in so many things, that it could be a combination of things that you are lacking that is causing this problem. Most of us are actually NOT lacking in Omega 6, it’s usually Omega 3 that is a problem. But a lot of us are also deficient in Vit D3, Vit K, we don’t take in enough anti-oxidants and so it’s a bit of a snow ball effect I’m afraid. If you really want to get to the bottom of this quickly, I’d suggest you go and have a blood analysis done and find out what your deficiencies are and then supplement accordingly. It is unfortunately a fact that just eating food these days, is just not enough to keep our bodies healthy as foods and fruits and vegetables just are not what they used to be. In this day and age, supplementation is a must.
