You can also try the Joico range for scalp disorders which treats all scalp conditions, but focus specifically on issues like flaking, dandruff and psorisis. This range also has styling aids that you can use to help keep your scalp clear of unwanted agents that can cause your scalp to become even more irritated.
For a home remedy, add a cup of apple cider vinegar to a litre of luke warm water and use it as your final rinse every time you shampoo your hair. Stay away from using too much heat on your hair and get a supplement that’s rich in omega 3,6,9 oils to help to keep your skin moiturised from the inside.
